Founded in 1990 by Managing Director David Chandler’s father, Robert, Blues has established a reputation for a professional and reliable service tailored to each client’s needs.
In August 2020, we will celebrate our 30th anniversary. In this time, we have witnessed the world of construction change dramatically, to which we have responded to various challenges and continue to enjoy consistent and sustainable growth. We have developed our practices in tandem with the growing needs of our customers. Despite nearly three decades of evolution, the most important values of Blues have remained the same.
Opportunity – Our biggest investment is within the learning and development of our workforce. From apprentices through to senior roles in head office, we believe in progression within the organisation. We partner with CAVC and JTL to aid apprentices attend college and acquire the necessary skills on site for a successful career within the industry. The core of the company is comprised of individuals who have completed an apprenticeship with Blues.
